Delivery and returns


All of our unique designs are printed to order so, for UK orders, please allow 7 working days to arrive with you (though we do try to get orders to you sooner).

Sometimes seasonal peaks in postal demand (e.g. Christmas) will affect delivery times – please check the Junior Apparel Facebook page for more information.

UK shipping

  • For orders over £50 in the UK, standard delivery by Royal Mail is FREE
  • For orders under £50 in the UK, delivery is just £4.

International shipping

  • Europe International Signed For £9.00  (7-12 business days)
  • International Signed For £15.00 (12-18 business days)

We are currrently unable to offer a next-day delivery service, but we hope to change this.


Please note: as many of our products are custom-printed to order, we can only refund/replace orders which are defective.

We hope that you will be delighted with your Junior Apparel order. However, if we have sent you the wrong item, wrong colour, or the product is defective in some way, we will be happy to replace that item for you, at no charge.

Faulty or incorrect items

In the unlikely event of a faulty, defective or incorrect order, please return the item/s to us using the returns form in your original package. Once the item/s arrive with us, and we have confirmed the error, we can either send you a replacement item (including a refund for the return costs) or a full total refund (item cost, any original delivery costs and any return costs you have incurred.)

How to send us a return:

  1. Firstly, please read our terms and conditions regarding returns, on this page (Please note that we can only refund the order costs if the product is faulty)
  2. Please let us know via email why you want to return the item/s, and state if you would like us to
    1. replace the item (correct the error)
    2. refund your order
    3. send a gift voucher for the same amount, for use on this website

  3. Wait for an email reply from us, confirming that we will refund or replace the order
  4. Once we have agreed how to resolve the order, please return the item/s to us using the returns form in your original package
  5. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and all labels must still be attached.
  6. Faulty item/s must be returned within 14 days of the order arriving with you. (Items returned more than 14 days after the order delivery, may not be refunded)
  7. We ask that you take full responsibility for the item/s when sending a return and recommend using a delivery service which insures the contents and covers the full cost of the enclosed items.

We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receiving the item. If you need things to be speedier e.g., for a special occasion, please just contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
